  • The Sargent Road Nature House Project has already benefitted from a small group of highly generous donors, which has allowed us to make the property functional to serve our community. THANK YOU!

  • Maintenance and repairs are ongoing costs

  • Our next focus is to pay off the mortgage, which will save $87,000 in interest over the remaining term of the loan (20 years @ 6%).

  • In subsequent phases, we will make further improvements, including replacing the back deck, improving the driveway, and adding native landscaping.
